Hi again,

It seems that the Keypad section of the old Bluetooth DiNovo Wireless Keyboard from Logitech is not working correctly in Protools on my OSX Platform (10.6.7). Ok, I know, Avid/Digidesign informs us to better not use Bluetooth while using ProTools in some circumstances, others say they have no problems running PT and BT as described here. From my own experiences I can say that my bluetooth mouse seems to start “jumping” around when my macbook is getting to its limits.

Well to come back to the topic, the numeric keypad is set to “Transport” in the preferences dialog on operation. Apparently all the keyboard shortcuts on the numeric keypad which involve Ctrl-/Alt-/Command- don’t work, as if the modifier keys are only valid for the keyboard.

Any ideas about solving this issue are welcome, I didn’t find any solution for this.

System:

Macbook Intel Core 2 Duo 2.13GHz

4Gb DDR2 Ram

500Gb Samsung HD

ProTools9

RME Fireface800 & M-Audio Profire 2626
